Texas Hold Em Poker - Quick Rules
- NOTE that players bets are split when one or more players are "all-in".
- One player acts as dealer. This position is called the button and it rotates clockwise after every hand.
- The two players to the left of the dealer are the small blind and the big blind, respectively. They are the only players who have money in play before the cards are dealt.
- Every player receives two cards face down. These are hole cards.
- The first betting round begins with the player sitting immediately to the left of the big blind, and continues clockwise.
- When the first betting round is completed, three community cards are flipped face up on the table. This is called the flop.
- The second round of betting begins with the first remaining player seated to the left of the button. The betting resumes, clockwise.
- When the second round of betting is finished, a fourth community card is flipped face up on the table. This is called the turn.
- The third round of betting begins with the first remaining player sitting to the left of the button. The betting moves clockwise, with the bets doubling on the turn.
- When the third round of betting is over, a fifth community card is flipped face up on the table. This is called the river.
- The fourth round of betting starts with the first remaining player seated to the left of the button. The betting continues to move clockwise.

Katy rarely bluffs, would be nice to offer 3 bets at all levels of play. Also, opponents can bet higher values when your options max out at 60. Fun to play!!
I love poker right off the bat,
I downloaded this months and months ago when I was still a beginner. It was great, taught me basic strategy, I have never experienced any "bugs in the program" except the screen randomly zooming in and out. I still play this a lot but I win every time, I wish I could win more than 2500 and I wish there were differente levels -easy medium hard because now its boring.

I like that I dont need an Internet connection. Perfect for the subway ride home.
Fun to play. Resume game would be nice. Hand winner scores a little screwy. Other than that, fun to play.

Some bad moments
Agreed. For beginers its OK. But soon becomes boring because you can win every time with good basic strategy. Obviously no random generator of cards here. For example, when you fold with garbage cards 80% (yes I tracked it) it will show you cards, that had you bet, you would have won. There are a number of bugs in the program (like cards that dont show on some hands), and features that dont work. Dont pay for the Pro version, The free version is the same just ignore the ads. Apple should credit it me the $0.99. I thought I would have gotten something for the money spent. Im moving up to a real version of Texas Holdem.
Ever since downloading this app Ive been getting tons of spam.
Terrible app with tons of typos and grammatical errors. Confusing interface and general lack of effort can be seen while using. Tons of ads... Just an ugly app. I know its free and all but... wow.
Could use better graphics but overall not too bad. Locks up every once in awhile. Other than that, not bad.
If you call then hit all in you can earn a billion credits.have now canceled app.
After an upgrade I cant play the game because the fold button does not work.
